1. No Refunds
All purchases made with CCTV Wala Dost are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is limited to exchange or replacement only in case of a defective product.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Only products found defective or faulty at the time of delivery/installation are eligible.
Customer must inform us of the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
Photo or video proof showing the defect is mandatory for initiating the exchange process.
3. Verification Process
Once we receive the complaint and proof, our technical team will verify the defect.
After successful verification, the product will be approved for exchange or replacement.
4. Exchange Timeline
The replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 6–7 working days once verification is complete.
If the product is out of stock, customers will be informed about the expected delivery timeline.
5. Product Condition for Exchange
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Physically damaged, tampered, or altered products will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange will be provided only once per order.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to report the issue within the given time frame (24–48 hours).
Any delay in reporting or insufficient proof may lead to the exchange request being rejected.
