1. No Refund Policy

• As per CCTV Wala Dost Terms and Conditions, all sales are final.
• We do not provide money refunds for any product purchased.
• Customers can only request an exchange if the product is defective.

2. Exchange Policy

• If a product is defective upon delivery, customers must inform us within 24–48 hours.
• Customers are requested to record a video while opening the box to show the defect clearly.
• Once verified, the defective product will be exchanged within 6–7 working days.

3. Warranty Details

• Bullet Cameras: 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
• Dome Cameras: No waterproof warranty; any damage due to water is not covered.
• No warranty if the product is damaged due to:
  • Water ingress
  • Lightning or short circuit
  • Improper handling or installation

4. Liability

• CCTV Wala Dost is not responsible for damages caused by:
  • Water, fire, or natural calamities
  • Electrical surges or lightning
  • Short circuits or misuse
• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
